Spring Wedding in Aubrey, Texas | Erica & Jeremy
A little about the couple: These two met at College in Government Class. They enjoy going to the gym and working out together and taking hikes and playing board games!
The day started out at 9:00am sharp! Hair and Makeup hit the ground running getting everyone ready for the big moment. The linens were on and floral arrived with the beautiful arrangements by 10:30am. I personally just love the simplicity of centerpieces with pops of color and added with candles set the mood completely! The arch, staircase and fireplace were just a few of the extras that set the tone for this day!
Erica and Jeremy had a great vendor team and they definitely were on board for making sure this day was perfect. The officiant was one of my favorite vendors, well, actually family! It was Jeremy’s grandfather and he was fabulous! What can be better than to be united by your grandfather? The couple shared their vows and placed them in the wine box to open next year on their anniversary. How spectacular is that? I really like that tradition.
Erica and Jeremy exchanged the first look before guests arrived. This moment always gets my eyes wet. This allowed the couple to get wedding party pictures and some extra couple pictures done before the ceremony to save time with photos after the ceremony. Great idea, right?
One of my favorite request during the grand entrance of the wedding party is to have them line up either in front of the head table or someone where they get a view of the couples entrance and to witness the first dance. To me, that is honorary to be front and center for that first dance!
The rest of the night was full of dancing and laughing as they celebrated with friends and family. The exit was bitter sweet, but, we all know that each day has to come to an end. Erica chose the cutest heart shaped sparklers for their exit after, of course, the last private dance of the evening.

Thistle Hill Estate Wedding | Lauren & Stephen
Those smiles say it all. Lauren and Stephen’s big day was perfect! Once they found their venue, the planning began! They hired me within a short time of booking Thistle Hill Estate and we hit the ground running. We selected the fantastic vendor team and started the décor planning.
They chose the beautiful venue at Thistle Hill Estate located in Whitesboro for the majestic landscaping. No matter where you are looking, there is a beautiful view of this estate! The Chapel was inspired from the history of the old Center Church. The pews are 115 years old. This Chapel needs absolutely no décor, just enjoy the beauty that it possesses standing alone. This is one of my favorite parts of the venue!
The bartending company, Herb and Alchemy, added such a fun touch to their service with a cute bar cart and a nice set up on the stage! The game and décor package kept the guests engaged!
These two also incorporated a touch of New Orleans as they left the beautiful chapel and led the guests to the reception hall having a fantastic view of the landscape and into Sage Hall to start their celebrations! After the grand entrance, the first dances, eating, toast, cake cutting and dancing the night away.
They both had great support from both sides of the family that assist with the décor and set up! Everyone was hands on that day!
This was such a memorable day, and they had a great team of vendors!

Denton, TX Wedding at The Lodge | Madeline & Brandon
Every now and then, you met a couple that shares a story with you from the beginning of their relationship to what brought them to this big day. With this couple, the day came upon them quicker than they anticipated by 6 months that made this day even more special. Below, you can read how Madeline summed up this for my Blog….
Brandon and I met at DocuSign in Seattle! He had been working there for a few months on a sales team. After you've been with the company for a few months, management can start assigning you new hires to "mentor." Almost everyone who works at DocuSign either went to Washington State or the University of Washington, so when a southern girl was brought onto the team, my manager had to figure out who would mentor me. Brandon was born in Alabama and my manager had a feeling that we would get along great, just like 'peas and carrots' and boy did we...
Once the pandemic started, we came to Denton to visit my family and ended up basically moving here while our companies were still remote. We had a weekend trip planned to Seattle to move Brandon out of his apartment (that I was absolutely dreading) but it ended up being one of the best weekends of my life when he proposed at Gas Works Park! I was only a couple months into wedding planning when I found out I needed to move our 200 person wedding up by 6 months for personal reasons. I immediately started looking for wedding planners to help me pull this off and that's when I found Barbara. We planned a beautiful wedding at The Lodge with all of our family and friends who traveled from all over to celebrate us. It was the BEST day and I am so thankful to Barbara!!

Hickory Creek Wedding at The Olana | Ashley & Jared
Ashley and Jared got married May 8, 2021 at The Olana in Hickory Creek. I was with this couple over a year and a half planning their special day and what a a great day it turned out to be.
Within the month of picking the venue and ready to start hiring vendors, Ashley and Jared got the fabulous news they were expecting! They stayed focus on the upcoming May wedding and their beautiful baby boy was born in October! As luck would have it, they found out at the first of the year that another little one was on the way! Nothing was going to stop Ashley from her big day and it definitely did not!
The bridal party arrived early that morning to start hair and makeup and the groom and groomsmen arrived early afternoon to enjoy the game room at the Olana. All the vendors were busy all day long getting prepared for the ceremony and reception. All the details were in place, and the wedding was beautiful. The reception that followed was full of dancing and entertainment!
They incorporated traditions from their backgrounds and had a beautiful chuppah that staged the center of the ceremony. Jared did the traditional “breaking of the glass” to demonstrates that the marriage holds sorrow as well as joy and is a representation of the commitment to stand by one another even in hard and trying times.
Ashley and Jared are both great examples of determination to share their love with their family and friends in spite of the changes and new adventures that showed up in the middle of the planning! They both always had a positive attitude during the planning process and Ashley was a beautiful bride and Jared the handsome groom!

Lucky Spur Ranch Wedding | Marcus & Maddy
It is not always “Love at First Sight”, but for these two, it definitely was meant to be! I believe that all things happen for a reason and that people come into your life for a reason. This was truly the case for these two. Marcus and Maddy could not be more in love today than they are!
I had the pleasure of working with Maddy a little over a year when she hired us to coordinate her upcoming wedding in August 21, 2021 at Lucky Spur in Justin, Texas. She was referred to us by her photographer.
Maddy had a vision of what she wanted for her big day and nothing was going to stop her as she planned their “Best Day Ever”. Maddy wanted a Mariachi Band, we had one; she wanted horses, we got them; she wanted a live band, it happened; a photo booth, yes please! She was such a pleasure to work with during the year leading up to her big day.
We started early in the morning with hair and makeup in the bridal suite at the venue. My team and I got to work immediately in the venue reception area. Lot of details and decorating to get done with vendors checking in all day and making sure that every detail Maddy envisioned was implemented! She had a lot of help from her family and friends as well this day.
The wedding day was nothing short of amazing and everything went according to plan. The excitement with her family and friends filled the room at the reception. The ceremony was very emotional and full of their personalities.
The ending was also magical as the finished their last private dance and then walked through the tunnel of sparklers.
Maddy and Marcus give credit to God for bringing them together and blessing them with each other. This marriage is truly meant to be. This is a real “Love Story.

Timberview Lodge Wedding | Keaghan & Drew
Keaghan and Drew got married September 17, 2021 at The Timberview Lodge in Alvarado, Texas. They met on Bumble and here they are! The grew up just 15 miles away and never knew each other until social media brought them together. Their first date involved Whataburger at 1am so they knew it was meant to be. They have so many common interests and love spending our time on the boat at the lake.
Their day began at 9am with hair and make up and the set up! We had a lot of family and wedding party assisting in the set up. Keaghan had a vision in mind and started working on her wedding décor months in advance! Her colors of mauve, greenery and white added to the beauty of the venue!
The weather was perfect for their big day and the landscaping at the venue was beautiful!
Keaghan and Drew had a great vendor team supporting them on their big day and the night was filled with dancing!

Winter Wedding at Trickle Creek | Westin & Melanie
Westin and Melanie met when we started working together in summer of 2016. Both were their first jobs out of college, in Dallas. Not that long after I started, they ended up in training together. Westin says that he purposely picked that training to attend after he saw my picture on Outlook and thought I was cute lol!
They were both interested in each other but never thought it would work out. The main reason was their positions were a full-time traveling position and they knew they would never see each other. Another reason for Melanie was that she said she would never date a co-worker.
Coincidentally, they ended up traveling to the same client site for several months in a row and hung out pretty much every day. And that leads us up to the big day!
The week of the wedding, Melanie felt a little stressed over the weather. Snow, ice, cold temperatures, OH NO! I knew that we would make everything work regardless of any hurdles that came our way. The temperature was not cooperating at all for an outside wedding so we moved everything indoors. The venue owners were awesome and helped us with a flip! Everything was beautiful!
As the reception started, the weather continue to get worse. The venue worked quickly to ensure they had supplies to keep the sidewalks cleared! The best part….the photographer was able to grab the couple when the snow started to fall and got some gorgeous photos! New Year’s Eve Wedding was a success!

Hotel Drover Wedding | Jacqueline & Jake
I love showing off my beautiful couples and their wedding days! This was such a great day for Jacqueline and Jake and their family and friends. The date they chose to celebrate was August 28, 2021 and Hotel Drover in Fort Worth was their gorgeous wedding venue.
This was a great location for the guests with all the activities surrounding Hotel Drover during their stay. Great representation of Fort Worth Texas. The Hotel is beautiful and has many great areas within the Hotel as well for guest enjoyment. The staff at the hotel is one of the best. The communication was great and they went above and beyond to make sure that the couple and guests were accommodated. As a planner. I couldn’t have asked for better support! Megan went above and beyond in communications and being a great resource during the planning process.
Jacqueline and Jake met in the Spring of 2016. Jacqueline was finishing her masters in Rehabilitation Counseling and living in Dallas. Jake was newer to the Texas area of just one year. These two met at Katy Trail Ice House in Dallas were they began sharing their interest in sports, traveling and their love of music. They got in engaged in 2020 and In August of 2021, they tied the knot.
The day started off with Beauty Syndicate who did hair and make up and the florals were provided by Dr Delphinium. Jacqueline chose her gown from Bridal Boutique and alterations were done by Altered by the Alter.
They invested in a lot of fun activities for their guest to enjoy. To start off with their love for music. GigSalad playing prelude and during the Ceremony! At cocktail hour they had Merry Heart Entertainment doing balloons. This was great entertainment for all ages, but definitely kept the kids entertained. They also had two Caricature Artist for everyone’s enjoyment and a great take home favor. Both of these vendors did an outstanding job and were fun to work with!
The appetizers and dinner were through the venue and the music was provide during reception that kept everyone on the dance floor was Dancing DJ Productions. The night was filled with dancing and celebrating with Jacqueline and Jake. We ended the night with a sparkler exit!

Dallas Wedding On the Levee | Kendall & John
I met Kendall on December 31, 2021, at a wedding of one of her dearest friends! She reached out to me in March of 2021 with the exciting news that she was getting married in November of 2021.
Kendall hired me with my Coordination Package. We kept in touch through the next six months as we prepared for her big day; sending referrals, reviewing contracts, lining up vendors, working on timelines and doing the venue final detail meeting!
The ceremony was held at First Baptist Dallas Church in Dallas, TX. The reception to follow was at On The Levee in the Dallas Design District. This was the perfect venue for their guest count and the industrial feel that Kendall and John were going for! I loved working at this venue. John and Jamie were great to work with and were extremely helpful in answering questions leading up to the big day and on the day of the wedding! The bathrooms are a must see!
The venue doors opened at 9am and everyone was unloading and getting ready to decorate! Grand Slam was on site and ready to start Hair and Makeup. The venue already had the linens on the table and Grounded arrived with beautiful floral shortly after. Kendall’s wedding party was assisting with the table settings in between hair and makeup. Everything was set and ready to go for the photographer’s arrive by 2pm!
Guests started to arrive as schedule around 5:45pm. ECS Transportation Group delivered the couple and wedding party after ceremony photos and the party began!
Empire 6 Band kept the party going all night and the dance floor stayed packed! One of the highlights was when the groom, John, got on stage and sang his heart out! Another high light was when Whataburger arrived as a late-night snack! Kendall was over the moon with excitement! The evening ended with a Sparkler Exit and IGPORT Limo drove the couple off to start their happily ever after!

December Texas Wedding at The Gardenia | Natalie & Brandon
December definitely brings out the holiday spirit and when you get married in December, why not bring that spirit into your wedding? Natalie and Brandon got married December 5, 2021 at The Gardenia Venue in Valley View. Their guest count was around 125 with a wedding party of 16 in total. We started working with Natalie in the summer of 2021 when she hired us for Coordination.
Natalie loves Christmas and incorporates every part of it into her wedding. The smell of pine and cranberries were throughout the venue was wonderful. The winter wedding colors added to the finishing touches to that Christmas is in the air vibe.
Our day started out with hair and makeup arriving to get the bride and her bridesmaid ready for the ceremony and first looks. While that was in motion, Tina and I started with the set up with family and friends assisting in getting the decorations on the table. We had candles everywhere! The final touches were completed for photography. and now time for the remaining vendors to arrive and first looks!
The chapel at the venue was so cute! I loved the ceremony in the chapel.
DJ Corona kept the dance floor moving all night long and ended with Christmas music!
After the night ended at the venue, the Couple and Wedding Party headed for an after party at the Casino!

Tea Ceremony Wedding in Frisco | An & Michael
I enjoyed working with An and Michael on their special day. They hired us in January of 2021 and had lot of moving parts with different site locations! This day was absolutely the best! The couple was incorporating their family cultures into their big day and I was excited to see it all unfold.
We started the day off at An’s Family home where the Tea Ceremony was taking place, representing her culture. This was so exciting as everyone was getting ready and preparing for the first event of the day.
After the Tea Ceremony, we headed to the venue to get the ceremony and reception area set up. We had a small time frame to get everything ready, but my team completed the set up without fail.
The bride made all her own centerpieces and tables needed to be set. With the help of the wedding party, we had set up completed in less than 2 hours.
The ceremony was gorgeous; how could it not be with such a beautiful couple. We had a full house!
At the reception, we had two beautifully set up buffets that represented both cultures of food! It was delicious! I tried a little bit of everything! Both caterers did a spectacular job in displaying the food.
The dance floor was full the entire night. A sparkler exit was the ending of An and Michael’s big day!

Texas Christmas Wedding at The French Farmhouse | Kailey & Dylan
What perfect timing to celebrate “Christmas in July” with the photos from Kailey and Dylan’s Christmas wedding in December! Their wedding was on December 11, 2021 at the French Farmhouse. This was a wedding for the books! Kailey has a love for Christmas and Disney that showed in every detail of her wedding last year!
The French Farmhouse was the perfect venue and backdrop for this wedding! I just love working at this venue! There are so many areas that fit the set up that the couple had in mind! We had our full team on board to prepare for the most fabulous Christmas Wedding of all times!
There were 14 amazing vendors that worked hard to create this magical day for Kailey and Dylan. Kailey had a lot of awesome support from her family and friends to get this done as well! Everyone worked hard to ensure that the set up and day was perfect!
There were over 30 Christmas Trees that lit up the venue. The Spirit of Christmas was in every corner, on every table, at every location symbolizing her Christmas Spirit! Kailey got her dress from Kleinfeld’s Bridal in New York and it was the perfect dress that matched her personality!
The entire day and night was truly surrounded with the Christmas Spirit, all the to the very last detail with a snow exit and sparklers!
